Elan’s Purpose is to provide excellent healthcare, resources, and education to our patients and assist them in achieving optimum mental, physical, and spiritual health. Elan’s Vision is to rejuvenate, enlighten, and inspire our patients. We envision that our patients will carry their renewed health and spirit back to their communities and inspire others. Elan’s Mission is to become a truly significant center for physical, mental, spiritual, and community rejuvenation and health. Elan’s goal for this year is to participate in community health related activities and encourage others to do the same. AVON Walk for Breast Cancer Last year we participated in the “Tour de Cure” bicycle ride fundraiser for diabetes and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
